Inclusive Learning that Celebrates Diversity

Neurodiversity includes both neurodivergent and neurotypical dispositions. All traits are human traits, yet an inflexible, highly structured learning environment inadvertently (and wrongly) favours conformity. This starves itself of the richness and creative growth that diversity and heutagogical, compassionate, clear, culture sensitive curriculum design and delivery can achieve.
