The see-saw game is a metaphor we use to better understand the dynamic of why people try to put others down, why we allow ourselves to be put down, and what we can do to avoid the constant up-down-up-down “bounce” to our sense of wellbeing, that can be so mentally and emotionally debilitating.
This free event takes the form of an online 90 minute workshop that can be one-on-one or where you might like to share it with a few colleagues.
