Add to the evidence that proves to universities and their funders what still needs to be done / can be done. Show that it’s not just about facilities, timetables and numbers. It’s about doing things a different way, a more values-based way, which does not have to mean increasing overheads, working 24/7 or adding, adding to already an overloaded curriculum.

Include values that help underline it: such as Respect, Co-operation, Consideration.  When we Voice it with Values, it builds our confidence and we become more powerful.
