Change “ME” to “WE” in ’23

It’s hardly surprising that people feel isolated and alone on campus. Schools and faculties operate in silos, and then an entire progeny of mini silos within that, such that it becomes like Russian dolls. Teaching staff only know OF each other, workloads mean they don’t have time for individualisation, and students are led to feel the same.

Silos… leading to ISOL-ation.

It’s no way to facilitate what is now needed in Education for Sustainable Development. Or if we are to make the learning experience one where every student is inspired and empowered to find their meaningful purpose.
